Shimokoshiki Island

Exploring the charming Koshiki Islands, with many natural features, such as waterfalls, sandy beaches, Samurai residences and even dinosaur fossils! We bought jam from the local orchard, learned the ancient way of making crystalized salt, found a fisherman willing to sell us some fresh shrimp, toured a passion fruit farm and enjoyed a spectacular Japanese feast.

The Sebi Kannon Mitaki is three-tiered waterfall that stands 55m tall. There is a shrine in the vicinity of the waterfall with a statue of the goddess Kannon.
